Food and drinks
Café Kalesch serves hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes, sweet buns, pralines, ice cream etc.
The café also has a small shop with local delicacies for sale.
The café is located in the north wing and is housed in the original carriage lid.
The premisis have been restored in 2020 and the originail brick floor has been unveild.
Kalesch is the name of a type of wagon that was common in the 19th century. There was also a version called postkalesch for transporting just mail.
